Understanding the Dashboard

Navigate the Sovran dashboard and understand the key areas of the platform.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in, the dashboard shows all your projects. Click any project to open it and access its assets, library, sequences, and ads.

Inside a project, use the sidebar navigation to switch between sections:

  • Assets — View, upload, and manage your raw video files. Filter by type or search by name.
  • Library — Browse your tagged clips organized by module type. This is where AI auto-tagging results appear.
  • Sequences — Build and manage your modular ad sequences. Each sequence defines a block structure (e.g., Hook → Body → CTA) with assigned assets.
  • Ads — Connect to Meta and publish rendered videos as ads. View publishing history and status.
  • Context — Store brand information, personas, and messaging angles that power AI features.
  • Video Editor — Open any asset in the timeline editor for trimming, overlays, captions, and voiceovers.

Quick Actions

From any project view, you can:

  • Upload assets by clicking the upload button or dragging files into the assets view.
  • Create a new sequence from the sequences page.
  • Open the video editor by clicking any asset's edit button.
