Organizing Your Creative Library

Tag and organize clips by module type for efficient sequence building.

The Creative Library

The Library is where your clips are organized by script module type. Think of it as a tagged, searchable catalog of reusable creative building blocks.

Module Types

Sovran uses script module types to categorize clips. Common types include:

  • Hook — The opening 3-5 seconds that grabs attention.
  • Body — The main content that communicates your message.
  • CTA — The closing call-to-action that drives conversions.
  • Problem — Content that identifies the viewer's pain point.
  • Solution — Content that shows how your product solves the problem.
  • Social Proof — Testimonials, reviews, or user-generated content.
  • Results — Data, before/after, or outcome demonstrations.

Tagging Clips

Clips can be tagged manually or automatically:

  • Manual tagging — Select a clip and assign a module type from the tag dropdown.
  • AI auto-tagging — Sovran's AI analyzes transcripts and visual content to detect module types automatically. See AI Clip Search & Auto-Tagging for details.

Using the Library in Sequences

When you build a sequence, each block (e.g., "Hook") pulls from the library clips tagged with that module type. The more clips you have tagged per module, the more permutations your sequence can generate.
