Video Reviews
Request team feedback on a fixed video version and keep comments tied to the right moment.
Use Reviews in the video editor to collect feedback before you export a finished video. Each review has a fixed 720p video copy. Later edits to your draft do not change that copy.
Request a review
You need at least one other workspace member. Add a teammate in Team settings if needed.
- Open your video in the editor.
- Select Reviews, then New review.
- Select the teammates who must review the video.
- Add an optional message that explains what to check.
- Select Create version and request review.
- Wait for the review video to finish rendering.
Give feedback
- Open the review version.
- Play the video and pause at the moment you want to discuss.
- Enter your comment in Add feedback at this time.
- Post the feedback.
- Select Approve or Request changes when you finish the review.
Comments include the video time. Select a comment's time to return to that point. Use replies to keep each discussion together.
Review an updated draft
Read the feedback in Reviews while you edit. The review creator and the person who started a feedback thread can resolve it when the work is complete. Create a new review version when you want teammates to check your changes.
Use the version selector to see earlier reviews. Past versions keep their feedback, but you cannot add to it. Check that an approval applies to the version you plan to export.
