Referrals and Rewards

Open Referrals from the dashboard sidebar. Select Copy link or Copy invite message.

An accepted referral gives the new customer 25 extra video renders after their first purchase. Your workspace also earns 25 renders. Rewards are banked and do not expire.

Check a referral offer

Open the original referral link before you create an account. The signup offer is conditional. Sovran checks the referral after you sign in.

• Checking your referral means a referral link is present and the check is in progress.
• Referral accepted confirms that the referral was saved. It does not confirm that the credits have been applied.
• Referral is not confirmed means the check did not complete. Select Check referral again when that control is available.
• Referral could not be applied means the referral was rejected. You can continue without the referral bonus.

If the pending link has expired, open the original referral link again. You can dismiss the status message without stopping signup or checkout.

Check rewards

Select Refresh status to request the latest reward state. Last checked shows the time of the last successful check. Refresh is unavailable while a check is in progress.

The earned total shows rewards that were applied. A pending reward may be awaiting a first purchase or payment processing.

If reward status is unavailable, the share link remains usable. Select Refresh status to try again. An unavailable status does not mean that the earned total is zero.

Read the history

The history shows the latest 20 referrals. Each row contains a private reference label, the referral date when available, and the current reward state.

The referral date is not the date the reward was applied. Recipient names, email addresses, and account IDs are not shown.

The reward service returns up to 100 referral records. If the list reaches that limit, the page shows that older records may be missing. Counts then apply only to the available records.

The earned total is a record of referral rewards. To check your remaining render balance, open Account → Video Render Credits.
